Laura has a deep passion for showcasing the sustainability of beef production. Originally hailing from Western Australia, Laura has been fortunate to have worked with producers across all states in Australia, across North America and most recently supporting farmers and producers across many of the world’s developing countries. Through a variety of roles over the past 10 years, Laura has been able to foster her passion for helping producers to translate customer trends into on farm practices that support healthy businesses. Earlier this year Laura joined Greenham, a family owned and operated beef processing business with plants in Victoria and Tasmania. Her role here is to work with their 10,000 cattle suppliers, global customer base, and dedicated plant staff, to lead the continuous development of their sustainability story.
