Katy is a dedicated advocate for safeguarding both people and the agricultural industry, draws inspiration from her roots as a 5th-generation family farm producer on the Yorke Peninsula. Following a near-miss incident on the farm, she committed herself to streamlining safety measures without compromising productivity or causing unnecessary frustration for farm workers.

Driven by this mission, Katy honed her expertise in product development, business operations, and strategic UI/UX. She delved deeper into safety and compliance in agriculture, leading her to develop a digital solution.

Close to 8 years ago she co-founded Safe Ag Systems, a pioneering and innovative safety software solution aimed at educating and empowering the industry.

To date, Safe Ag Systems has made a profound impact on over 14,000 lives across five countries: Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States of America. Katy's unwavering commitment continues to shape a safe, more informed future for the global agricultural community.
